Hampton Downs Apartments is located in in Greensboro, with easy access to Greensboro Science Center, Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, International Civil Rights Center and Museum, Bog Garden at Benjamin Park, and Greensboro Children's Museum. We are situated in the Guilford County School District, near many area schools and employers, including Claxton Elementary, Kernodle Middle School, Western Guilford High School, Cone Health, City of Greensboro, and Ralph Lauren Corporation. With our convenient location just minutes from Old Battleground Road, I-73, and Joseph M Bryan Boulevard, getting around the city is a breeze!

 

We are a pet-friendly community, accepting cats, dogs, and select exotic animals. A pet registration must be completed for all animals and you will be required to submit photos and veterinary records. We are excited to welcome you and your animals home to Hampton Downs Apartments today!
